Our Story

CriticPoint was founded in 2020 by Elena Popescu, a former corporate psychologist who recognized a critical gap in Romania's personal development landscape. Having witnessed countless talented individuals struggle to reach their potential due to limiting beliefs and ineffective motivation strategies, Elena set out to create a transformative coaching approach based on identifying what she called "critical points" – pivotal moments where targeted intervention can unlock extraordinary growth.

What began as a small coaching practice in a modest Bucharest office quickly grew into Romania's premier motivation and self-realization center. By 2022, the company had expanded to include a diverse team of coaches, psychologists, and business experts, each bringing specialized knowledge to our comprehensive development methodology.

Today, CriticPoint stands at the forefront of Eastern Europe's personal development industry, having helped over 5,000 individuals and dozens of organizations achieve breakthrough results.
